North Korean 3G service cuts

They say that good is short, and it seems to be true. North Korea is the country with more restrictions in the world. Even the Internet is saved. About a month ago, was released in North Korea a 3G network, and two days ago it was deactivated .
When the 3G connection was available, it appeared that the Democratic People's Republic of Korea finally begin to be more open and less strict. Even in the month of January began allowing visitors enter with mobile phones in the country, which was a novelty, and it is allowed even international calls. And in February, as we noted, was enabled Internet access via a 3G network Koryolink company.
The 3G network brand lasted a very short time. The service was cut without any explanation, since neither the North Korean government and the telecommunications company have made statements.
Tourists can still make international calls, but it is likely that this "service" will soon also be put offside.
What do you think of the actions of North Korea on issues relating to technology and communications?
