Pokemon Pentagon under fire

 http://i.imgur.com/TjSho.jpg

It seems the Pentagon guys are pretty busy studying and researching possible nonlethal weapons. The most interesting thing is undoubtedly among those weapons is the famous Japanese anime Pokemon.
It seems that in 1997, an episode which aired only in Japan caused seizures more than 600 children, many of whom were hospitalized. It seems that in a rapidly changing scene between the colors blue and red caused the aforementioned problem. The chapter was censored in the world.
We do not know if there are any in the Pentagon Pokemon fan who wanted to revive the case, but it is funny that the program is treated as a possible weapon.
