YouTube is the most popular video site on the web and one of the most visited pages on a daily basis worldwide. Since Google acquired YouTube for many years it is believed that most of the big decisions are made by Google portal, which is not always the case. What is certain is that when a YouTube video causes great controversy, the first defendant is always the Internet giant.
While the world is still reeling from the controversy that caused a video about Islam (and later led Iran to make a decision ), a Brazilian court has ordered the arrest of a Google executive after the request is not accdiera removing a video portal. The video in question is about a Brazilian candidate.
In the clip, the candidate is under fire Alcides Bernal. There are other videos that also speak badly about Brazilian politician. Last week, Judge Flavio Peren asked to be removed two videos which gave a Bernal. Besides this, he was asked for a 24 hour block for both video portal to the search engine.
Now, as Google did not accede to the request to delete the content, chose Peren Judge order the arrest of a top executive, F abio Jose Silva, the president of the company in Brazil. Google is already preparing for a court battle and the first thing he said is that it is not responsible for the content that is posted on YouTube.
