In U.S. is
planning something which could be the next logical evolutionary step in
Internet access: WiFi network that would operate nationally regardless
of the place where you are, free and also reaching speeds that would
normally only find on ADSL networks and fiber optics.
Apparently the idea has come from the same U.S. government from the Federal Communications Commission
, the agency charged with regulating telecommunications...
