Uh, we want one! Like, now! A designer in Japan has actually done what many of us tried to do in vain in our garages years ago ... or perhaps are still doing. He's built an actual, working Transformer. Kenji Ishida built the humanoid-automobile device using 22 servo motors that not only allow it to change shape but also enable some pretty crazy rock 'em, sock 'em dance moves. Fortunately, it looks like he kept his design on the small, table-top side, so we don't have to worry about a potential Michael Bay blockbuster playing itself out on our city streets any time soon.
More than 110k people had this morning viewed the clip online, with the result dividing audiences.
Some hailed it while one moaned: “I love how it transforms all cool and then awkwardly waddles away like a penguin on acid.”
