New Start-button mouse for Windows 8

If there is one thing that has always been characteristic of Windows operating systems then this is undoubtedly the Start button. How important can become this little guy? As much certainly. For those not aware, there are many people who have complained to use Windows 8 since itdoes not have the Start button to any Windows user would be used. There is no doubt that most of the public does not think that Microsoft introduced this change. Fortunately, there is a solution.
The Start button may not exist on the screen, but it does so in two new types of mice that have been presented a few days ago. These two new classes of mouse announced by Microsoft and are called Sculpt Sculpt Mobile and Comfort. On one side, each of them carries the much sought after Home button. In the case of Sculpt Comfort, which has ergonomic design, the button will also fulfill the role of a small touch surface.
Mobile will be offered for sale in the coming days and will cost $ 30, while the Comfort will cost $ 40 and will be available from June.

The CFO of Microsoft says that soon we will see a Windows 7-inch tablet

http://i.imgur.com/PvPFCDe.jpg

In the prevailing market two types of tablets: the 10-inch and 7 inches. Lately, as I have said several times, small 7-inch tablets are becoming the kings, mainly because of its low price, which can be seen in models like the Nexus 7 and the Kindle Fire, while other device popular the same size, but not so cheap, it is the iPad Mini, which has also been very well received. Now, what platform does not have small tablets? So, Windows, but this could soon change.
Remember we said that the requirements to run Windows 8 on a tablet had been reduced? Well, this opened the door for new smaller tablets are created, and Microsoft CFO Peter Klein, said that "soon" and we see a tablet of 7 or 8 inch technology use Windows 8 platform.
We're not sure how long we have to wait for that "soon", but probably will not have official news to within a couple of weeks at least.
Do you think a Windows 8 tablet 7 inch would be able to compete in the market?

Samsung unveils a laptop with two screens of high resolution

 http://i.imgur.com/Lkw5h.jpg

With Windows 8 on the way and being an operating system that will make great use of the touch screen interface of our computer , manufacturers are looking for every possible way of integrating this type of display their ultrabooks, and Samsung has been very well idea to incorporate a second fully touch screen on the back of a 13-inch ultrabook, but also has provided the two screens with a resolution of no less than 2560 × 1440 pixels and a density of 220 pixels per inch. If this resolution will sound familiar, it's probably because it is close to the brilliant Retina display resolution of the 15-inch MacBook Pro from Apple , although this is 2880 × 1800 pixels.

Something that may seem too familiar is the idea of the two screens, which initially arose with the revelation of the Asus Taichi time ago, a laptop is expected to be put up for sale in October.

Interestingly, the manufacturers decide to create more innovative models with other technology and not simply make clones of the MacBook Pro / Air.

Transparent solar windows could be future

 http://i.imgur.com/cbWCK.jpg

Window with the word we can associate two things: a small rectangular area with which the user of the computer can interact using the stylus or keyboard, or the classic window that allows light to enter our home and we used to look outside and by which people are on the street can look inward. This time, we speak of the latter type of windows, and a group of researchers at UCLA have developed a new type of solar cell almost transparent and efficient large scale.
This type of solar cell absorbs light not completely, because if it did virtually no sunlight to enter our home and have to live with the lights on all day. Thanks to technology , the new cell that absorbs near-infrared sunlight and has an ERA of 4%, which may seem low, but speaking to large scale and with the improvements to be implemented, will undoubtedly be an invention great for be used in medium and large buildings.

Android phones will LibreOffice

LibreOffice, for those who do not know, is the largest competitor that has the Office of Microsoft today, and is present in the operating systems of computers world's most popular, which are Windows, Linux and Mac. seems that also the suite now also LibreOffice will have a version for the Android mobile operating system.
As you can see in the picture below, the app is doing well under way, but is just taking its first steps, so surely the first version to be released in a couple of months, but hopefully with less delay, especially if improving the interface with touch screens, which apparently is what is giving more problems to the development team.

Bill Gates make eReaders rejected because "it looked like Windows"

The president of Microsoft, Bill Gates, first saw a prototype electronic book in 1998. However, the second richest man in the world, dismissed the idea that Microsoft will develop and market them as "not at all like Windows" and because he believed a touchscreen device would never be able to compete with physical keyboards .

Considering that Bill Gates is number two according to the Forbes list of richest men in the world, Microsoft has not come into the market for eReaders is not affecting him too much in your bank account, although it is an industry that moves billions of dollars worldwide. However, it was one of the first he had in his hands the possibility to check what it was an electronic book, but did not quite convince.

In 1998 a group of engineers Gates showed a prototype of eReader, but Bill Gates rejected the idea because "it looked nothing like Windows," according to an article in Vanity Fair picked up by the British newspaper The Telegraph. Gates also said that it was a device "unimportant" because he thought the touchscreen devices would never be able to compete with physical keyboards.

Gates told his engineers to forget about this project and should focus on other more important, as they rejected other ideas as to develop a system of microblogging like Twitter, says the paper.

Years later, in 2007, the first eReader, Amazon launched included a physical keyboard, so Gates was not misguided in their thinking. However, Microsoft also has yielded to the touch screens, yes, not for electronic books but for 'tablets', launching her own range of 'tablets' called Surface.
