According to a study conducted by researchers at Georgia Tech, none of the web browsers phones , even the most used, have an optimum level of safety. Assistant Professor Patrick Traynor revealed that tested a total of 10 browsers and different vulnerabilities found in each and every one of them.
When it comes to mobile browsers, even experts have problems in the area, especially when it comes to determining whether a site is protected under an SSL or TSL.
Chaitrali Amrutkar says users are 3 times more likely to access a phishing site compared to unknowingly given access to desktop browser. "With a little coordination can achieve a good job and make mobile web browsing safer for all users," said Amrutkar.
