Swumanoid The prototype is able to swim and crawl to 0.64 meters per second, you can swim back and even butterfly swimming style that many regard as the most difficult because it is the most stressful, but being a robot, fatigue is not a problem.
The main objective of the team that is developing the Swumanoid is to one day help save the lives of those who are drowning. Are also expected to be used to collect data and repeating patterns to analyze hundreds of times, helping to refine the techniques of human swimmers.

Maybe in 10 years to see these robots saving people on the beaches around the world.

Researchers and scientists at the University of Southern California are working on a new project called Project Holodeck to be a system of video games and virtual reality 360 degrees, thanks to modern technology used.
Project Holodeck take virtual reality to levels never seen before where the player will be part of a large space, but actually moves in a small space. The system uses a 3D display which is mounted Oculus Rift in our heads and also incorporates the PlayStation Move sensor to track the movements of the head in the real world. On the other hand will be used Razer Hydra Sixense controllers to track the hands and the rest of the body.
