Many users move to Google Reader Feedly

http://i.imgur.com/MMAP9Fl.jpg

A few days ago I talked about the services that Google would give low in the coming months, and as we know them is Google Reader, which is widely used, so we're not sure why the CEO Larry Page has taken the decision to remove it. In any case, it seems that many users of Reader is already beginning to use Feedly, which these days has quickly gained more than half a million new users.

In 48 hours, over 500,000 people using Google Reader joined Feedly community and the company gave them a warm welcome.

Apart from this, the Twitter account of Feedly has been very active, since many users questions about features, software updates, applications and more, and even the free app Feedly to come to the top of the app store Apple. Feedly is not the only alternative to the Google service, but is becoming the most used and promising right now.

Have you had the opportunity to try Feedly or you have not moved from Reader?

Google continues to eliminate services

http://i.imgur.com/BSnJSh3.jpg

Since one of the founders of Google, Larry Page took over as CEO two years ago, many of the services that the firm began offering search engine to be dropped for various reasons. Now it has been announced that another 8 Google services will not be available in a few months.

What are they? For the following: Apps Script API CalDAV, the Building Maker, Cloud Connect, Google Voice for BlackBerry, Shopping API and finally Snapseed Macintosh. But wait, those are seven still missing one, and the truth is that I'll mention it separately because it is a well-used product: Google Reader. It seems that all of them will be retired on July 1.

Google admits that the Reader has its loyal followers, so it's not entirely clear because it removed. For now nor have announced future service that can serve as a replacement for all these, but perhaps one day be thrown. For now at least we can use the Calendar API as replacement CalDAV API, Map Maker as the new Building Maker and Google Cloud Drive as a replacement for Connect.
