Chrome and Android will remain separate products

http://i.imgur.com/75TPVYN.jpg

In recent days, it was announced that Andy Rubin would stop Android and lead the project would take place  Sundar Pichai , who is also responsible for carrying out all about the Chrome browser, Gmail and Drive. The big question that many of us do is: Android is now led by the same person who leads Chrome, both platforms, despite fulfilling many different roles, are somehow end up merging? As  Eric Schmidt has decided to respond to us.
The CEO called Google has said that the Chrome browser and the Android operating system will remain two separate products and remain separate , although not ruling out the possibility that in the future a little more Chrome integrated into Android.
Now that the divisions of Android and Chrome are handled by the same person, is more than likely that the popular browser would perform some extra role in Android, maybe Pichai plans have totally different about it.
We have to wait to see what happens.
