a new service uses the Internet photos posted to Instagram to create a "transmission" in real time what is happening in five cities in the world. Called "This Is Now" (this is the time, in free translation), the site (go here) was initially launched in Sao Paulo, New York, London, Sydney and Tokyo.

In each city, the site shows a flow of the latest pictures posted by users of Instagram. Around 12am this Friday (3), for example, to access the stream of St. Paul appeared several pictures of people having lunch and food.

The service uses the geolocation information for users to tell a visual story of the city each time, as the website "Mashable". The moving picture stream from left to right, with the latest image appearing at the top. In the upper right corner of the page you can also see in real time, in English, how many people are accessing the stream at that time.

"The project 'This Is Now' is a visual composition that uses real-time updates of Instagram based on geo-tags from users. The site shows a flow of pictures instantly when they are posted on Instagram and capture the movement of cities, in a fluid story, "says the description of the site.

Users who do not want their photos to appear in the flow can restrict your profile to friends only Instagram. Because the service uses "geo-tags" social network to locate users, not otherwise appear on the site is not to put their location in images.
