Help me ! : Why My Flash Drive is Error ?

Several days ago I bought a USB Flash Drive 16GB capacity, but after checking with Windows 7, it is said that the drive's total capacity is 14.8GB (Total size) where is 1.2GB ? For advence user.I think you know.but for rookie please read more...
