When it comes to dominant species in the kingdom of gadgets, Apple usually is ahead in various categories and markets. With the new iPhone 5, the company launched the world of mobile LTE, and today has a market share of 26% as far as regards LTE smartphones. On the other hand, the biggest competitor of Apple, Samsung, dropped from 50% to 40% in the same field.
Other names worth mentioning also are Motrola and LG, who have shares of 6.7% and 9.1% respectively.
