The company has a history of launching a device type in a period of about a year, but since Tim Cooks took over things have changed. Recall also that Apple is expected to announced several new iPhones this year, plus an iPad Mini 2 course that would have a Retina display. A rumor indicates that this device will not be known as Mini iPad 2, but as the new iPad.
According to a report by iLounge, the fifth-generation iPad will be different from his brothers and take a form similar to the iPad Mini. It seems that the iPad 5 will present no bezel, is much thinner than previous models and are expected to be a big improvement over the fourth generation model.
