Apple sales are falling

http://i.imgur.com/RbRplfW.jpg

Apple is going through a bad time? It is possible that the lack of creativity present after Jobs' absence is causing the block not doing as well as ever in the market. Apple sales have started to decline lately, and we do not refer only to sales of its smartphone , the iPhone, but there are also low-level notebooks and tablets even.
308 million devices sold globally between January and March. Of that total, 60% were Android devices running. This leaves Apple, or rather, to iOS, second, even though the mobile platform is the dominant sector of the tablets, which means that smartphone sales are increasing by leaps and bounds. Windows sales were not a big deal, and we're talking both at mobile and tablets and laptops.
We're not sure if Android is improving or Apple is losing much quality, but the fact is that Apple should get to work hard if you want to improve the picture somewhat.

The Android tablets are catching up with iOS

http://i.imgur.com/IcogARU.jpg

Since the launch of the iPad, the device known Apple has always placed first in the market for tablets , and in fact it was thanks to him that the tablets won a remarkable popularity. Still coping with the tablets that use the operating system Android is no easy task. Companies no longer focus only on making $ 500 models as when the first tablets running Android were launched, things have changed and the famous  iOS could lose his throne in the hands of the Google platform. And it's likely to happen soon.
According to the latest research from Strategy Analytics, tablet sales more than doubled in the last year. In early 2012 we sold almost 20 million tablets worldwide, while in early 2013 the units sold were over 40 million. It is noteworthy that during this period the Android market share rose from 34% to 43%, which puts you very close to iOS, which in the past year fell from 63% to 48%.
Android is almost up to iOS, and do not be surprised if soon manages to surpass the Apple operating system.
What do you think? Android? Can do?

Millions of defective iPhones are returned to Foxconn

http://i.imgur.com/X14QCa0.jpg

Apple has returned defective million smartphones to its main manufacturer, Foxconn, commented one source to China Business. was believed that between 5 and 8 million iPhone units  were returned by Foxconn and Apple that they had various defects not specified. Since the manufacturing cost of each phone is about $ 200, Foxconn could lose more than $ 1.5 billion dollars because of this.
There was no mention of what model iPhone is about. The most likely candidate is the iPhone 5, because at this time of year should not yet have many iPhone 5S units manufactured. As is well known, this is not the first time Foxconn has problems with making the famous Apple mobile.
The problems at the manufacturing level could lead to a shortage in the number of iPhones available and thus would lower sales during these weeks, although many analysts suggest that sales of the iPhone 5 also were meant to be lower during the current year quarter, as the launch of a new generation iPhone is expected in the coming months.

Apple has stopped asking components for Mac

http://i.imgur.com/L0Q6cmS.jpg

Well, if this proves to be true, is extremely rare. Lately it has been reported that sales of computers and laptops has dropped considerably because most come with Windows 8 operating system that has been liked by few. Now we wonder: the decline in sales of Windows machines may have come to affect Apple Macs? Yes, it sounds weird, but that's the latest rumor from Digitimes, who says that Apple apparently will not sell as many Mac computers and laptops as planned during the first half of the year. If this proves to be true, we are not surprised that Apple has failed to request more components for their Macs, because currently have enough. Many Apple rumors run lately, but remember that not everyone is 100% credible, and we at least do not believe this is true.
It is further said that Apple's suppliers do not yet know at what point the company will request sending more parts, but it sure will not be for another few weeks.
Do you think Apple has really miscalculated sales for these months and now has more components in your hands?

The 5S iPhone would go into production during this quarter to be released between June and September

http://i.imgur.com/Q6siSpO.jpg

According to a late report,Apple is preparing to begin production of the new iPhone 5S during these months. This means that the new smartphone from Apple will be ready to be released next summer (northern hemisphere) or winter (southern hemisphere), that is between the months of June and September approximately.
With respect to the size and design, it is expected that the iPhone 5S is similar to its predecessor, the iPhone 5. This does not surprise us, since the iPhone that incorporate the "S" after the number end up being aesthetically similar to the previous model and most of the changes are made in the hardware inside. What everyone expected to debut alongside the 5S is obviously iOS in July , the new major release of Apple's mobile operating system.
There are also some rumors regarding the iPhone midrange, which is expected to be released in the coming months. It will have a 4 inch screen and will be made of materials of lower quality than the current iPhone, and that's the best way to reduce the price. Apple, as usual, denied the rumors, but as you know in the end the vast majority end up being true.

The new iPhone would be released in July

http://i.imgur.com/ILdBFcZ.jpg

More rumors concerning the apple company and their beloved smartphone, the iPhone .Coming straight from Japan, the new rumor says that the future iPhone 5S (or maybe iPhone 6) will be introduced on 20 June and released the following month, in July. A Japanese site specializing in products Apple says the new iPhone model will be hitting stores in July, a few weeks after it is filed. It also says that a low-cost model will be launched in countries like China and India in August.
Beyond that, it is also said that Apple would take the opportunity to launch the next major version of iOS, iOS would be 7.
The idea of a release in the month of July has gained enough credibility, as it would be the ideal time for the new iPhone comes out to give war the new Galaxy S IV of Samsung, which by then will have a couple of months in the market. Another fact that supports this is the anniversary of the introduction of the original iPhone, which occurred in June 2007.
There are no details about the technology, hardware and specifications of the future model of the iPhone, but it is likely that within a few weeks and leaking some data, as is often the case with important releases ever from Apple.

Gmail 2.1 available for iPhone and iPad

http://i.imgur.com/IsqLsG4.jpg

Windows Phone, the mobile platform from Microsoft, never get a app for Gmail proper neither will the desktop platform that company, Windows 8. But there are two operating systems phones that do have an application for Gmail as all hope: Android and iOS . And it is the latter, the mobile operating system Apple , which has just been blessed with an update to the Gmail app.
Those using Gmail in the mobile OS apple can now download the new version of the application, version 2.1.
Gmail 2.1 for iPhone and iPad brings with it several new features, and is very well received. The main feature is that now we can see the different conversations Scrolling left or right. This is a real balm for those who read many conversations followed, since before it was first necessary to return to the inbox to read another.
Another new feature that we notice is that we can quickly delete or save (among other things) the various mail that come with selecting and choosing just the right choice.
Gmail 2.1 is available free on the App Store.

A look at the tablet Dell Latitude 10

http://i.imgur.com/ZLs8GEG.jpg

On this occasion we will not focus much on the big brands of tablets like Apple and others, but in a slightly less known in this market: Dell.
Dell has shown itself capable of designing and manufacturing quality tablets, and one of them is the new  Dell Latitude 10. It is a rapid, has good battery life and has many accessories available. Also noteworthy is a tablet cheap when you consider the technology and hardware that offers:
-OS: Windows 8 32-bit Pro.
-Screen: measures 10 inches, has a resolution of 1366 × 768 pixels and uses a glass Gorilla Glass.
-GPU: Intel GMA.

According to BlackBerry, the iPhone is outdated

http://i.imgur.com/Ss56CxY.jpg

Well, not exactly as BlackBerry , but according to its CEO,  Thorsten Heins , who obviously speaks for your company. Heins has been showing very optimistic about the future of BlackBerry and its promising new platform, BB10. In addition, the BlackBerry Z10 has just been released in the U.S. and overall sales in the rest of the world have not been bad, which gives enough confidence to Heins, but this time seems to have passed the line of confidence and entered on the side of arrogance.
While the Z10 was released in the U.S., the CEO of BlackBerry was declaring that "the iPhone UI is outdated" and "forces users to exit an application for entry to another." Last week also made a similar statement attacking the smartphone of Apple, saying that the interface used and is 5 years old and innovate in this industry if you do not want to be replaced. Ironically the comment, for about 4 or 5 years ago this was what happened to BlackBerry in the hands of iPhone and Android. It seems that at least they are learning from their mistakes.
Even though the iPhone interface is old, the device is still selling like hotcakes, and while users are happy with it and keep it sales, Apple has nothing to worry about.

iPhone 5S would be presented on June 29

 http://i.imgur.com/6CgJeu0.jpg
A source close to Apple has indicated that the future will present Apple iPhone 5S in an event that will take place on June 29 , but the good news does not stop there. As indicated, in this event is also presented another device. Can you guess which one it is? For it is nothing more and nothing less than the fifth-generation iPad or iPad in May , as they prefer to call it. The launch event will be known as "Original Passion, New Ideas".
Remember what happened on June 29, 2007? It was the day that the original iPhone was released in the United States, and somehow this time will be a sort of anniversary of that launch, which will mark six years. Recall that the iPhone was the smartphone that revolutionized the industry of mobile phones , and something similar happened in the music industry with the launch of the iPod and the years before the tablets thanks to the iPad in 2010.
This event will take place June 29 at the headquarters / campus Apple in Cupertino , which draws much attention because apple usually makes presentations at the Center for the Arts Yerba Buena in San Francisco.

Samsung works hard with SmartWatch

http://i.imgur.com/y1vAbmy.jpg

Official confirmation at last?? The race is slow and also smartwatchs silent, with participants ferocious as Apple, Google, Sony and Samsung supusto. All we know is what the rumors say, so there is no evidence of the existence of these devices. Not long ago a supposed leaked screen shots of the Korean smart watch, which says that eventually proved false, and now also a Bloomberg report indicates that a Samsung executive confirmed the existence of the SmartWatch to mention that maintainer team was working hard on the issue.

Obviously it is still quite early to talk about specifications. They even have become even rumors, so unless they are officers should not be given much importance.

All we can deduce about the future are a few things SmartWatch: Android bear (perhaps a custom version), their applications will be really light and can connect to your smartphone using Bluetooth.

Hopefully Samsung will soon make a special announcement, as expectations for this type of clock modern technology are many.

The iPhone 5S is already on sale in China

 http://i.imgur.com/bAqu0SN.jpg

It's amazing the things you get to do in China. Not only cloned products but also do even before they are released to the market, and in this case have gone even further, since the iPhone 5S has not yet been announced and its existence could be completely false. In any case, if you want an iPhone 5S advance, go to China and grab one for only $ 150.
Goophone is a Chinese company with a tradition: create clones of all kinds of devices, often even before they are released. This time, as mentioned above, have launched a cheap copy of the future iPhone 5S. What is striking is that the first 1000 units of this phone (costing $ 100) were sold in a few minutes. Goophone has given the name "i5S" to the device, which obviously is very similar to the iPhone 5 of Apple .
The i5S runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and uses a user interface that makes it look a lot like iOS. So far so good, but the real problem lies in the hardware , as it has only 512MB of RAM, a 1GHz processor and 4-inch screen has a resolution of just 854 × 480 pixels. The only things that brings fairly decent are a 5 megapixel camera, 8GB of internal memory and a 2 megapixel front camera.

Watch this prototype of the iPhone in 2005

http://i.imgur.com/7Vm0XpI.jpg

Who would have thought that the iPhone was originally more like an iPad that the mobile revolution we know today? It seems that Apple had begun work on his famous tablet rather than the iPhone, but certainly this is not so. What we see in the picture is, as it says in the title, a prototype of the iPhone which dates from 2005.
A former Apple employee, who asked his name not be revealed, the boys sent Ars Technica several photographs of an early version of the iPhone that little resembles the terminal to be presented years later.
This prototype had a screen of 5 inches by 7 inches, had a USB port and an Ethernet port. According to this former employee of the apple, the project was in an experimental stage so no one knew how it would end model.
It is certainly interesting to see this kind of thing, because we do see that even the manufacturers sometimes do not know what exactly derived work. In this case, all led to a special phone number you entered a new era in the industry of mobile .

The low cost iPhone would incorporate a processor Qualcomm Snapdragon

http://i.imgur.com/Qu1c22D.jpg

Apple is planning to use a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor in your future iPhone also inexpensive and this processor would be manufactured under a 28nm TSMC process, as indicated by the newspaper China Times. This certainly would be a highly unusual move, as the company Apple uses its own processors in the series "A" on their devices mobile iOS. Remember also that these processors are manufactured by Samsung in Texas. The same report indicates that Apple will continue to use the series to other devices, and it seems to opt for the Snapdragon only in the case of future low-priced iPhone.
Currently there are two sets of 28nm Qualcomm Snapdragon processors, which are the 400 and the 800. These CPUs include Bluetooth connectivity, WiFi and cellular course. While some models can further include Snapdragon LTE connectivity, the iPhone seems to have only low-cost 3G.
It also says that other companies are also involved in the new project from Apple. Renesas produce LCD drivers, while Toshiba, Elpida, Micron Technology, Hynix and SanDisk SK produce NAND.

Apple regained some popularity in the mobile sector

http://i.imgur.com/7Iohk0K.jpg

Between last November and January, Apple returned to take the place of the number one manufacturer of mobile phones for the U.S.. The market share of the company on the block marked by 37.8% according to data collected by comScore MobiLens. Samsung once again stood in the second place, increasing its share to 21.4%, a slight improvement when compared with the previous two quarters.
The two giants of the market for mobile phones managed to improve their marks at the expense of HTC and Motorola, who fell by 1.7% and 1.4% respectively. LG managed to slightly improve its share, which rose by just 0.3 %.
In terms of operating systems, Android is still obviously winning platform with a share of 52.3%, but that means it has had a slight decrease compared to the previous room. IOS has improved slightly, increasing by 3 percentage , 5%. In fact, iOS was the only platform which improved its share, for the rest, that is Windows Phone, BlackBerry and Symbian, suffered losses.
It is expected that this new room BlackBerry able to improve its brand with the launch of BlackBerry 10.

What would the 4.8-inch iPhone 6?

http://i.imgur.com/Qixw6lB.jpg

If we assume that Apple will continue to launch products in the same way it has done in recent years, then you should not be surprised if in about 5 or 6 months is announced the iPhone 5S. It is expected that this smartphone keeps the design of the iPhone 5 but change some internal components, adding probably a better processor, better GPU, maybe more RAM and probably would have a new function. But going a step further into the future we ask the following: How will the iPhone 6? Martin Hajek gives us an idea using their conceptual models.
The most noticeable change would be the screen, the size of which would extend the 4.8 inch, but would be achieved without increasing the overall size of the phone, but simply reducing the bezel everything possible to increase the width and extending along a little more, Similar to as shown in the above image on the right model. This conceptual model also dismisses the popular iPhone home button, leaving as the only physical buttons control the volume, power and screen lock securely.
Hajek has also thought of a second model (left) similar to that described above, all you would have a smaller screen and have basically no bevel on the sides, which would also smaller than the iPhone 5.
Because Apple designs have only a few changes compared to the previous model, you can practically predict how it will look with the new approach that the Apple iPhone launch.
What do you think about this design concept?

Apple launches new iMac for educational institutions

 http://i.imgur.com/mzC2GmP.jpg

Teams from Apple are not cheap, that's a fact. Virtually any educational institution is best for you to buy a Windows PC instead of a common Apple Mac. Still, the company Apple has shown interest in supporting education and has quietly updated its line of computer desktop, particularly on the iMac model oriented education sector. This is a 21.5-inch iMac has a cost of $ 1100 dollars, or $ 200 less than the cost of a traditional consumer iMac. Note that in any case is more expensive than the model that was released in 2011 and it cost only $ 1000.
The good part is that you have a hardware that is safe enough to withstand possible homework. What can get an educational institution with the purchase of this new iMac? Well you would be doing with a computer running an Intel Core i3 3.3GHz, also has 4GB of RAM, 500GB hard drive and has an Intel HD 4000 integrated. The resolution of the screen as you would expect, is Full HD.
It is a bit basic model as they can, but given the sector to which it is oriented, seems to be more than enough.
