Dynasty Warriors 8 is a new game style beat 'em up and it is also the eighth title of the Dynasty Warriors series. Omega Force is the development studio, while Koei is who publish. The game's story is based on the novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms, which was written by Luo Guanzhong in the fourteenth century.
As might be expected, this release will feature a new story mode that will give a little more freedom to the player and also sometimes we will choose one from among different characters to complete the level. Something worth mentioning is that there will be a cooperative story mode, but there have been no further details. Besides this they have introduced new combat mechanics in the game and also new types of weapons.
Dynasty Warriors 8 will be released for PS3 in late February. This is the first trailer.
