Tomb Raider sold over 1 million copies in less than 48 hours

Tomb Raider is the title of a new video game that acts as a reboot of the series of video games of the same name. Since last Tuesday the new Tomb Raider is available for players once again take control of the heroine Lara Croft. Square Enix, the company that published the game has not yet said what the official sales, but the company director developer, Crystal Dynamics, has a track via his Twitter.
According to Karl Stewart, head of the development company behind the game in less than 48 hours after its release one million copies had been sold. Stewart's words were not exactly those, but said that 1 million players had already tried, but without doubt it was selling what he implied to many.
Reach one million units sold in just two days is a great feat in the game industry, and we are sure that at this point I have sold many insurance and will continue in the coming days.

New Tomb Raider advance

Tomb Raider is the title of a new video game that is part of the series of the same name and this time it will be a reboot of the series. The new title will be an action-adventure game whose development by Crystal Dynamics, is already complete. On the other hand, the famous Square Enix is the company responsible for making the release of the new Tomb Raider from tomorrow March 5. It will be available for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
The heroine, Lara Croft, part in a boat trip aboard the Endurance, but a violent storm causes the same split in two and end shipwrecked on a tropical island. There, Lara must try to survive for food and water, while looking to the rest of the ship's crew, battle the ferocious wild animals of the place and is facing a dangerous group of mercenaries who are on the island.
The game combines elements of the genre of action, adventure, role (we can customize the character, improve their skills, etc..) Platform, exploration and survival. The campaign mode has about 15 hours of play or so, but we also have many side missions, we revisit places, explore, and more. The fire will be an important tool in the game, and so will a gun, a bow and arrows. Besides all this, there will be a multiplayer mode.
