See the new BlackBerry Z10

  http://i.imgur.com/GPk3DfP.jpg

Yesterday I commented on the launch of the new BlackBerry platform (no longer called RIM), known as BlackBerry 10. In the same article made mention of a new smartphone that will be put up for sale these days (although it is available in the UK), the BlackBerry Z10. This is the first full touch smartphone launched by BlackBerry.

The BlackBerry Z10 comes, as expected, in the category of high-end phones. The phone is equipped with a brilliant 4.2-inch LCD screen with HD resolution and a pixel density of 356 per inch. As you can see, the BlackBerry has chosen not to follow the steps in the competition, who are currently launching smartphones with screens of 5 inches and larger still.

As might be expected, the Z10 will run the new OS obviously BB10. Its specifications include a dual-core processor at 1.5GHz (apparently is a Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8960), has 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot and 1800mAh battery. If you wonder why the main chamber, it is 8 megapixels, while the front has a 2.0 megapixel sensor.

Regarding the price of the BlackBerry Z10, is about $ 700, or about 520 €.

Do you think that this type of BlackBerry phone will be able to cope with the iPhone and Android smartphones or fall back to them?

 http://i.imgur.com/mwaH0vn.jpg

Since RIM announced the official launch of BlackBerry 10 would be on January 30 (in only two days) have run all kinds of rumors about the new platform in the network. BlackBerry devices like the BlackBerry 10X and 10Z have been named multiple times, but we have not heard or read much about tablets is undoubtedly BlackBerry 10. RIM has its own tablet, the PlayBook, so we should wait for something like a BlackBerry version 10 of the same, right?

A couple of days ago, the guys at RIM have announced that promotions and special announcements for SuperBowl game that is played on 3 February. At that time its different devices and will be known, and among them are some tablets, which have already been confirmed to be present at the event to be held in New York on Wednesday.

The PlayBook did not break any sales records or anything like that, but was well received by the BlackBerry community, so it is likely that history will repeat again.

How do you think will be the tablet RIM BlackBerry 10?

BlackBerry Samsung teases in her new commercial

http://i.imgur.com/ZK7Vjlu.jpg

What is the company that plays jokes and taunts him to the competition? Samsung obviously. On several occasions we have seen that he has been fooled to Apple, Apple fans, and now even has done something similar with RIM, who will present its new mobile platform, BlackBerry 10, in about a week.

In the new commercial we see how different people highlight the cool features, safety and creativity that we can achieve with phones like the Samsung Galaxy S III or the Samsung Galaxy Note II while leaving a little ridiculous to some BlackBerry handsets.

Who will run the next commercial mockingly to launch Samsung? We will have to wait and see.

RIM adds 15000 BB10 applications in a weekend

http://i.imgur.com/eYC8Z.jpg

One of the biggest problems we have to face when RIM launched the BlackBerry platform 10 are applications. Both iOS ( Apple ) and Android ( Google ) have huge app stores, plus Windows Phone ( Microsoft ) is on the same road. To begin preparing, RIM held an event for 36 hours last weekend.
Similarly, developers were able to use their skills, made money and even BB Dev Alpha units in some cases. BlackBerry 10 experts were available to respond to inquiries from developers during more than 36 hours of the event.
For every app that was approved for the BlackBerry App World, the developer took $ 100, and the first 200 to present 5 to 10 apps were made with a Dev Alpha.
After 37.5 hours, 15,000 applications were approved for new RIM app store, which undoubtedly is a very good start to the new operating system that will be presented in two weeks.

Recently leaked a couple of pictures that belong to a new device that uses the new RIM BlackBerry platform 10. It is a smartphone with a touch screen is almost square in which we find a QWERTY keyboard, which is a known element of the BlackBerry line. The new mobile belongs to the new BlackBerry N series, to be released after the L series is released, which is fully touch smartphones.
The main reason behind the series L is able to compete with the rest of the market touch smartphones such as the iPhone and mobile apps, while the number N is more targeted audiences that already own a BlackBerry terminal and wants to modernize a bit buying a model with better technology.

RIM: end of fall or will stand?

http://i.imgur.com/uzCoP.jpg

In about five weeks, the world will see if one of the giants of the market for mobile phones in the last two decades does stand or fall finish after having encountered a couple of years ago. The phones of RIM have not been what many expected and its technology has been somewhat "short", and while the company still has some loyal followers, the BlackBerry market share has plummeted since the arrival of iOS and Android. Many complained when RIM announced that BB10 would be launched only in 2013, but what if the wait really worth it? If the company takes the time to make your new platform to work properly, then it could be the rope that will pull the pit in which they find themselves.
It's easy to say that iOS and Android BlackBerry crushed, but certainly we all like good returns and RIM may have chosen a perfect time to return. It will be the only company to introduce a new platform in the first quarter of 2013 and it seems that many are willing to give the manufacturer a new opportunity.
Another point is also key to the victory possible RIM: international sales. The market U.S., UK, China and Japan is large, but we must not forget the rest of the world's countries and continents like Africa where RIM devices still continue to sell quite well. Perhaps RIM fails to conquer the few large markets, but you can still try to conquer the hundreds of small markets.
As noted above, in only five weeks we'll know.

BlackBerry Z10, the first smartphone BB10

http://i.imgur.com/NWyx1.jpg

As we know, RIM has announced his big comeback for next January 30 with its new operating system, BlackBerry 10. It seems that already has leaked the first smartphone that will use this platform and the BlackBerry Z10. That being said, it would be a totally touch device, ie no physical keyboard as expected. Apparently the phone would also an improved version of BlackBerry London which was the first smartphone to use prototype BB10.
If we rely on the BB London, then we could say that the BlackBerry Z10 does not have a hardware capable of competing with current supersmartphones as it would have a dual-core processor at 1.5GHz, have 1GB of RAM, 16GB of memory, a camera 8 megapixels in the back and a 2 megapixel on the front.
It is very likely that the BlackBerry Z10 is announced on January 30, where insurance also will be released official specifications.
So far the only really filtered image circulating the net is what we see above.

RIM promises more than 70,000 apps when it launches BlackBerry 10

http://i.imgur.com/ylTpT.jpg

The applications are a key for any mobile operating system. Android does, iOS does, Windows Phone has them too and are the 3 most used smartphone market. BB10? Take them? Sure. That RIM has promised recently that your new platform will have a lot of applications at our disposal when launched. Frank Boulben, the marketing manager of the company, says there will be over 70,000 apps for BlackBerry 10 when the OS is released.
While this is an impressive number for a new mobile platform will be launched, it is still a small amount compared to what it offers iTunes Store and Play. Even WP has 100,000 apps, but its growth rate is much slower and gives the impression that BB10 will soon surpass.
So far, what is your opinion on what we have seen of BB10? Do you think it will be a good mobile platform?

Al seems, using BlackBerry devices 10 will have an app native Facebook as revealed in yesterday. Obviously this application is similar to that can be found in iOS and Android devices so as to maintain uniformity. It is 100% integrated with the operating system and uses the new interface Flow.
In addition to the application for Facebook, there will be native applications for LinkedIn, Twitter and Foursquare.
Moreover, it seems that the team that made the presentation RIM did not look very excited, which is understandable given the state where the company is today.
