Already several Z10 feature the new BlackBerry operating system 10.1. We should note one thing: this update is not yet available to everyone. It seems that for now we can only get from Philippines. This is actually quite normal, as manufacturers and phone companies do not release updates at the same time around the globe, but they do so slowly, so insurance in the coming days or weeks and can update Your Z10 if you still can not.

BB10 1 million devices have been sold

http://i.imgur.com/y0fWHs2.jpg

Very good news for BlackBerry . On Thursday, the company has surprised everyone by announcing that during the last quarter of the year had net earnings of nearly $ 100 million. If we compare this quarter we are ending with the same last year, the outlook this time is much more favorable, since in those days then called RIM was not doing too well. In 2013 BlackBerry introduced not only a name change, but also a new attitude, a new platform and of course a new line of devices.
During the last three months, the total sales of the company in the mobile sector were 6 million units, and 1 million of these phones belong to BB10, which are mostly the Z10.
Despite having taken benefits, remember that the situation remains serious BlackBerry. The company went on to lose hundreds of millions of dollars in 2012, which will have to try to slowly recover in 2013 and in 2014 that if he wants to fully afloat.

BlackBerry has received an order for 1 million units

http://i.imgur.com/N8BT651.jpg

As said by the company BlackBerry, the firm has received the order of 1 million units of its new mobile phones, which makes it the largest order in the history of the company. Not yet disclosed who made such a request, but I'm sure I'm not the only person eager to know. Everything indicates that the order came from one of his associates, but no one seems to be aware of who he is.

Given the large number of devices, it is possible that whoever did this request is none other than the Government of Canada. The truth is that today it is likely that even the U.S. government can require as many phones, so we can not think of any reason anyone would want to buy.

The first earnings report after the launch of BlackBerry platform BB10 will be released near the end of this month, so then you can see how well he has gone to the Canadian company in this area.

What would you do with 1 million units of the new Z10 and Q10 BlackBerry?

Netflix will not create an app for BB10

http://i.imgur.com/OYp9CAq.jpg

According to sources close to Netflix, the company is not interested in creating an app native to the operating system BlackBerry 10 as directed. Netflix was asked what it says about these rumors and confirmed that currently there are plans to create an application that will run on BB10.
Netflix did not say much about it, but sources inside the company indicate that for now there is such a need to create an app for the new BlackBerry operating system. It is believed that the benefits that this application would be very little compared to what it would cost to develop it.
BlackBerry Alex Kinsella has said that they would love that Netflix is available to its customers, but obviously it seems that this will not happen soon.
Maybe in the future when sufficient growth BB10 and Netflix see a good opportunity, decided to create the expected application. Remember that hope is the last thing to go.

Improvements to BlackBerry 10

 http://i.imgur.com/VNzEghN.jpg

One of the key features of BlackBerry 10 is the ability to jump from one app to another without having to press the start button, all thanks to BlackBerry Flow function. We also have the feature that allows BlackBerry Peek drag what's on the screen aside and see the other applications that are running.

BlackBerry Hub is a place to get all text-based messages, including email, SMS, IM, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.. It's like a central inbox for all text messages and can answer them from there without having to go from one app to another.

Other improvements include BB10:

-A multitasking mode for up to 4 applications.
-A contact list with social networking updates.
-A new way of writing that suggests a word on the next letter is likely that you press.
-BlackBerry Balance lets you switch between a professional (work) and one staff, each with their own apps and appearance. It's like two smartphones in one.
-BBM Video: You can make video calls using the BlackBerry Messaging and share photos using Share Screen BB10 with another user.
-BlackBerry Remember: a special folder to place things we want to see later, such as videos, images, URLs to visit, listen to music, etc..

Beyond that, BlackBerry World will start selling music and movies as well as applications. Also worth noting that BB10 has more than 70,000 applications since its launch, including Facebook, Skype, Twitter, Angry Birds and many more.

In the coming days we will share more details on this new platform. Meanwhile, tell us what you think of BlackBerry 10. Like as is or would you change anything? Also, do you think is the key to the company back to life?

RIM: end of fall or will stand?

http://i.imgur.com/uzCoP.jpg

In about five weeks, the world will see if one of the giants of the market for mobile phones in the last two decades does stand or fall finish after having encountered a couple of years ago. The phones of RIM have not been what many expected and its technology has been somewhat "short", and while the company still has some loyal followers, the BlackBerry market share has plummeted since the arrival of iOS and Android. Many complained when RIM announced that BB10 would be launched only in 2013, but what if the wait really worth it? If the company takes the time to make your new platform to work properly, then it could be the rope that will pull the pit in which they find themselves.
It's easy to say that iOS and Android BlackBerry crushed, but certainly we all like good returns and RIM may have chosen a perfect time to return. It will be the only company to introduce a new platform in the first quarter of 2013 and it seems that many are willing to give the manufacturer a new opportunity.
Another point is also key to the victory possible RIM: international sales. The market U.S., UK, China and Japan is large, but we must not forget the rest of the world's countries and continents like Africa where RIM devices still continue to sell quite well. Perhaps RIM fails to conquer the few large markets, but you can still try to conquer the hundreds of small markets.
As noted above, in only five weeks we'll know.
