No kidding. Hearing aids for cats exist, and are priced at only $1000 dollars a pair. The Meowingtons as they are called, are more expensive than most headsets on the market and are designed for the cat of music producer Deadmau5.
The manufacturing company, Sol Republic, has made only 10 pairs, but public demand increases, and said they will gladly manufacture more. The proceeds will go to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
Can these headsets be used by people? Republic Sun says yes, but you need your head is very small.
Personally, I doubt that the product will be successful because most cats hate to be noisy place anything near the head.
