What will Sony is planning? The company has raised a strange poster as a notice in the Japanese PlayStation website . Apparently, it is "something" to be known as "Panopticon". The Spanish translation of the word would panopticon, and as our beloved Wikipedia , it is a conceptual prison. Wait, Sony will build a prison? Of course not, the idea of Sony seem to be related, but very different.
First of all, the Panopticon is an infrastructure in which the guards are able to guard the prisoners but they do not know whether they are being watched or not. What is the idea of Sony then? Well do not know, or rather, we're not sure what it could be. The first thing that may come to mind for many is some sort of 360-degree camera that somehow would be used in conjunction with the new PS4. It is also likely to be the title of a new game .
In any case, Sony will launch Panopticon to the world on 16 May, so in less than a week the mystery will be cleared up.
