Mark Zuckerberg must be more than happy because its popular social network now has more than 1000 million users.
This means that one-seventh of the world's population can engage in
sharing your life and see what others are doing through Facebook. The only drawback with these 1000 million users, is that many users are not considered.
Probably in your list of Facebook friends you have someone who has more
than one account, someone who for months stopped using his and similar
cases. Considering this and the many fake profiles that exist, it is clear that the actual number of users is not mentioned above.
Some interesting facts that Zuckerberg has published on the social network recently:
-Average user Age: 22 years. -Countries with most users: Brazil, India, Indonesia, Mexico and the United States. -Photos increases in total: 219 000 000 000. -Number of Times pressed the button "Like": 1.13 trillion times.
Biometric scans are now an everyday thing. From now on scanning authentication should become a little more common by KDDI. The company just introduced a new and very useful app used to scan our hand.
The application makes use of the high resolution camera of our smartphone to store information in the palm of our hand and then we can then use it to unlock the device. We just need to put your hand in the area between the red and the software does the rest.
To unlock the phone lock once, we should simply place the palm on the back and the rear camera view.
NTT Docomo The guys seem proud to finally present a prototype tablet quite unusual: the i beam. What is special about this tablet? It is able to track the movement of our eyes and lets use a tool like most of the apparatus.
A green dot on the screen of the tablet marks the spot that is directed
towards your eye and you can use it to select objects, move, turn
pages, and more. This function can do practically everything, and the only thing for which we would need another hand is to use the zoom.
Currently i beam is on display at CEATEC 2012. It was created by NTT Docomo in collaboration with Fujitsu and Tobii.
The arrival of Windows 8 is getting closer. For many, the new operating system from Microsoft is very promising and manufacturers of computers and laptops have started to announce their models a few weeks ago. For Panasonic, the company has introduced three new hybrid between tablet and notebook that will run with Windows 8, and belong to the family AX.
All three models feature a screen AX 11.6 inch touch also have 4GB of
RAM, 128GB SSD and have processor can be used by an Intel Core i5 or a
1.8GHz Core i7 running at 1.9GHz .
For now the new Panasonic AX teams are priceless, but we know it will be released on October 26.
Microsoft has already said publicly that its new operating system, Windows 8, will be released on October 26 and will be a big event in New York City yesterday. Apparently this event will take place at Pier 57 on Manhattan Island.
This is an event that will last a little over 5 hours approximately. Undoubtedly, the popular CEO, Steve Ballmer, will present at the site accompanied by some of the executives of the company. Obviously also will present several companies that present different devices that run Windows 8.
One of the devices that we will undoubtedly be the Surface, and it appears to be at this event where Microsoft finally revealed the price of its new tablet.
Are you planning to upgrade your current PC to Windows 8 or buy a new one? Or do you think keep using your current operating system?
No doubt that
the Retina display that is present in the iPhone 4S and the 5 is really
great, but little is known for a screen that is even better than the
apple company and it is one created by Sharp.
This new 5-inch screen has become the first of its kind to own Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels) and can be used even on smartphones. When compared with the 4-inch screen resolution of 1136 × 640 pixels of the iPhone 5, we will realize that the screen of Apple seems almost an antique. But it is not only in size and resolution, as Sharp has equipped its new screen with a density of 443 pixels per inch. To give us a better idea, you better watch the picture above.
Many will say that 5 inches is oversized for a mobile, and the truth is that it is, but as we have seen before, there mobile big as the 5.3-inch Galaxy Note which have proven very successful, and even the Note 2 has a 5.5 inch screen.
To create your new screen, Sharp has had to resort to all that the technology could now offer. The company is showcasing the new product at CEATEC 2012.
