The end of Symbian

 http://i.imgur.com/akUxBQR.jpg

You know what they say, all good things come to an end. Symbian's adventures are over after having been in this world since the 90s. The Nokia 808 PureView is, officially, the last Symbian phone ever. The guys at Nokia have said during the company's transition to Windows Phone in 2012 yet continued to sell Symbian phones, but the 808 PureView, launched in mid-2012, has been chosen as the last bearer of that operating system.

Throughout its history Symbian underwent many changes, but began to decline with the introduction of the iPhone and smartphones with touch screens and does about 5 or 6 years ago.

There is no doubt that Nokia will now begin to focus all its production to smartphones that run Windows Phone.

The official launch of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is scheduled for next MWC to be held next month. It is in this event which will officially unveil the new tablet from Samsung. What do we know about their technology so far? Well, many things.

For starters, the images they see have leaked recently and are of good quality, not as usually happens with typical photos of leaks coming out super-blurry and others.

As the new family brother Galaxy Note, the Note Pen S 8.0 keeps standing on his right side when not in use. Its specifications make it a high-end tablet as it has a quad-core processor that runs at 1.6GHz, has 2GB of RAM, 16/32GB of memory, a 5 megapixel rear camera, a 1.3 megapixel front camera , has a microSD card reader level and has WiFi connectivity, Bluetooth 4.0 and supports 3G networks. It also has A-GPS, has a USB 2.0 port, your battery is 4600mAh and runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.

Is not something missing? Sure: the screen, which by the way is an 8-inch with resolution of 1280 × 800 pixels.

BlackBerry Samsung teases in her new commercial

http://i.imgur.com/ZK7Vjlu.jpg

What is the company that plays jokes and taunts him to the competition? Samsung obviously. On several occasions we have seen that he has been fooled to Apple, Apple fans, and now even has done something similar with RIM, who will present its new mobile platform, BlackBerry 10, in about a week.

In the new commercial we see how different people highlight the cool features, safety and creativity that we can achieve with phones like the Samsung Galaxy S III or the Samsung Galaxy Note II while leaving a little ridiculous to some BlackBerry handsets.

Who will run the next commercial mockingly to launch Samsung? We will have to wait and see.

Galaxy S IV would be released on April 22

The increasingly expected be a bit shorter. Samsung already has ready new chips, new screens and new features to be included in the next major family member Galaxy S.

The image above, if true, would be one of the first leaks of an official image of the Galaxy S IV. As we can see, the differences with his brother are several.

The S IV has a slightly larger screen, has only one physical button on the front and features two buttons on the sides, and also the bezel is a little thinner.

Why is said to be released on April 22? Well, by the time you see on the screen of S4.

Is this true? Well, time will tell.

Huawei Ascend G615, another quad-core smartphone

Today is a bit unusual for a company known smartphone launch a dual-core or even core, as most are using quad-core processors. And speaking of terminals with quad-core chips, here is the new Huawei Ascend G615, the processor runs at 1.4GHz.

Ascend G615 screen is a 4.5-inch HD resolution (720p). Inside, the phone has 1GB of RAM in addition to said processor. The rear camera is available from 8 megapixels and can record video in Full HD, while the front has a 1.3 megapixel sensor.

Apart from this, the Huawei Ascend G615 has WiFi, Bluetooth, microSD slot and its operating system is Android 4.0 ICS, but you can upgrade to version 4.1 Jelly Bean.

The price of the phone will be about $ 400 when released.

NEC Medias, the dual-screen phone that makes it seem that we carry two phones at once

 http://i.imgur.com/bmKQRE0.jpg

There are some people who do not like carrying smartphones too large. And speaking of big smartphone, the NEC Medias have a phone with two screens, 4G LTE connectivity and Android 4.1 operating system Jelly Bean.

Each screen measures 4.3 inches from the Sox and has a resolution of 960 × 540 pixels. If we use both at once, it would be like if we were driving a large 5.6-inch screen. Applications can run separately or take advantage of the extra screen device. The only little problem we have here is the slight bevel separating screens, but that is something that could be solved in future models.

While the 12.2 mm thickness of NEC Medias do not particularly thin, it is easier to carry than a Galaxy Note II or Huawei Ascend Mate.

If you wonder why your hardware, the Sox have a dual-core processor at 1.5GHz, also has 1GB of RAM, with 16GB of internal memory, has an 8-megapixel camera with LED flash, microSDHC card reader and battery 2.100mAh.

The Sox will be initially launched in Japan in April.

Sony will let Microsoft releases the Xbox first

 http://i.imgur.com/K0RR8qr.jpg

New Xbox and PlayStation are underway. The big question is: which of the two will be released first? Will the PlayStation 4 (codenamed "Orbis") or the Xbox 720 (codenamed "Durango")? According to a review of the Sony CEO Kaz Hirai, the new console will not be the first to be released, and seems to leave that honor to the Xbox.

Except for the PS1, Sony has always chosen to sit and wait. The PS2 came out almost two years after the Dreamcast, and the PS3 a year later than the Xbox 360. I just hope they do not have to wait that long to test the future PS4.

When asked about the launch, Hirai said "Why competition ahead when you can see your specifications and then release something better?". Clearly Hirai afraid that Microsoft achieved a better console launch the PS4 if they rush it out to the market too.

How much do you expect Sony to launch its PS4? If things continue at this rate, you may not see it on sale until 2014.

The Sony Xperia Z is thinner than the iPad Mini

 http://i.imgur.com/1csq7yl.jpg

2013 is undoubtedly the year of Sony. The company is preparing not only very good smartphones, but is also likely to launch the PS4 and also has up his sleeve a new high-end tablet technology. The Xperia Z, which we have discussed before, is all that the Xperia S was not: super thin, super lightweight, waterproof and dust with good specifications.

The Xperia Z is the 10-inch tablet world's thinnest, measuring only 6.9 mm thick, but it is also the lightest, weighing 495 grams, which makes it even thinner and lighter than the iPad Mini Apple. But for being light and thin does not mean that the Xperia Z falls short at the hardware level, but the opposite.

The device has a 10.1 inch display with resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, the processor is a 1.5GHz quad-core, also includes 2GB of RAM, 32GB of memory, a large 6.000mAh battery, 8.1 megapixel camera in the back and a 2.2 megapixel front. The Xperia Z is also well equipped to level of connectivity, with 4G, NFC and Bluetooth 4.0. It also has a microSD reader.

The device will be sold in white and black, but the company has not yet announced officially its specifications or availability.
