Intel wants to insert a 48-core processor for your phone in 10 years

http://i.imgur.com/2l2jH.jpg

Currently, quad-core processors are the best offers us the technology to integrate our smartphones, but Intel already has an eye on the future: the company expects that in 10 years the mobile processors can have up to 48 cores all working in parallel, allowing us to run applications and functions that would be unimaginable today.
Intel, in fact, already has a 48-core processor, and is a prototype which has been working since 2009. It seems that each core of this processor integrates a low-power Atom processor running at 1.6GHz, which gives us, theoretically, the equivalent of a 75GHz processor, and the most complex part comes when creating operating systems and applications need all that power. Even today, and talking at the level of the computers in the market is very difficult to find something that requires more than 6 cores running at once.
What we know is that Intel hopes that in 5-10 years these processors are within our phones and tablets. But what is also important is that it is expected that by then they find a way to get all the juice to power these processors offer us.
For technology, 10 years is plenty of time and can get to make amazing progress.

The news is totally real and confirmed in various media, not to mention that is in every corner of the web. In 2015 we will see the seventh installment of the Star Wars saga, but have changed a few things since they were launched the latest productions of this fantastic series of movies.
The main change is that Disney now owns Lucasfilm. You may remember it was Disney who bought Pixar in 2006 and Marvel in 2009, so it is used to make these large purchases. Following the acquisition of Lucasfilm, the first thing is that it was announced in 2015 plans to release Star Wars: Episode VII, and obviously George Lucas will have its role in creating the film. In addition, it was announced that SW VII will be the first of several films they plan to continue to expand the franchise.
Do you think the right decision by Disney? Will we see Robert Downey Jr. in the role of Han Solo?

It seems that Android 4.1 is increasingly being integrated into more devices, and the fact is that it was time because two days ago Google introduced the new version, Android 4.2. One of the new tablets to use Android 4.1 and also have a great screen is Chuwi V99.
This is a device with Retina display 9.4-inch multitouch whose resolution is 2048 × 1536 pixels. Inside the tablet Rockchip RK3066 processor has a dual-core running at 1.6GHz and has as partners a Mali 400 GPU and 1GB of RAM.
The internal memory which has the Chuwi V99 is 16GB, but if we want we can expand using a microSD card. Besides all this, the tablet has a 2-megapixel front camera and a 2 megapixel rear also. Its has WiFi and 3G connectivity and can play HD videos.
The V99 Chuwi price is $ 290. If something sounds familiar it is because it is quite similar to Window N90FHD we saw last Monday.

But that's not all, because Microsoft has fulfilled its promise to deliver Windows 8 to many manufacturers, among which obviously include big name like HP, Dell, ASUS, Acer, etc., Who obviously have already started to produce computers that use the new operating system.
And you've already upgraded your PC to Windows 8? And if you did, did you like the change?

AU Optronics introduces new 1mm bezel, the world's thinnest

http://i.imgur.com/3ec9Y.jpg

You know what is the reason that often leads to a smartphone look good and stylish? The bezel. While it has nothing to do with performance, a good bevel gives a great look to any mobile. Speaking of bevels, AU Optronics guys have presented the world's thinnest bezel, with a measure of just 1mm thick. This is a result of the technology and the manufacturing process that uses this Taiwanese company. But that's not all. This new bezel of 1mm is used in a 4.46 inch screen, an optimum measure a mobile, and is also a screen with HD resolution. It's a shame you do not have the same resolution as the great screen Sharp .
Something else worth mentioning is that AU Optronics has already begun to produce new screens, a Full HD Ahva of 4.97 inches (probably not wearing a 1mm bezel) and a 10-inch IGZO with resolution of 2560 × 1600 pixels.

Huawei Ascend D2 officially announced

Huawei seems lately is busy not only announced several phones , but also manufacturing them. The company has recently added a new model to its line of smartphones, the Huawei Ascend D2, a powerful high-end phone that runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
According to some, the Huawei Ascend D2 is considered the cheap version (as it somehow) the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, because their specifications are quite similar. The D2 Ascend touch screen has a large 5-inch HD, but that's not all, because under its shell lies a great quad-core processor at 1.5GHz (probably Snapdragon). Besides this, it has a 13-megapixel camera on the back, while the front camera is 1.3 megapixels.
The Huawei Ascend D2 battery is 3000mAh, which assures us that we can use it for a few hours. As djimos, comes with Android 4.1, so you need not update it, at least immediately because Android 4.2 has not been released yet.
The Ascend D2 will be hitting the Chinese market next year, and then hopefully be released in the rest of the globe.
