The Army is developing its own 3D printers and cheap

http://i.imgur.com/HP1DK.jpg

The U.S. Army is working very hard on developing their own 3D printer models, which by the way will be cheaper than commercial models. Apparently they have had to proceed in this way because of the high prices in the market are handled.
A 3D printer in the U.S. costs about $ 3000, but the Army model costs only $ 700, making it more than 4 times cheaper. These printers are being developed in the Future Warfare Center located in Alabama. The use that will give these printers is fairly obvious, since you'll need the army is sending supplies of all kinds to their lines that are in the front.
As you know with these printers can produce almost anything we imagine, and can be transported in the back of a van.
It would be nice to launch his model to the market, do not you think?

DirectX 11.1 is exclusive to Windows 8

http://i.imgur.com/2BoJV.jpg

Bad news for gamers. It seems that the next version of the software chart Microsoft , DirectX 11.1, will be exclusive to Windows 8. Thus, users of Windows 7 can not get their hands on the new DirectX, which has called enough attention because Microsoft does not usually as fast discontinue support given to the previous version of your OS.
The problem of DirectX is quite affecting the development of some video games for PC, and the industry had many concerns before the release of Windows 8. Those concerns are unfortunately not in vain, as Daniel Moth, a Microsoft developer, has confirmed that the DirectX version 11.1 will be available only in Windows 8, even though in theory could have worked flawlessly in Windows 7. Moth also mentioned that this is not a decision made by the Microsoft development team, but by the development team specializing in Windows.
Thus, many gamers who did not want to upgrade to Windows 8 now caught between a rock and a hard place.
