The final farewell to Hotmail

http://i.imgur.com/hQt0dRO.jpg

That's right, today officially from Hotmail longer exists as a service. From now on your name is Outlook.
On Thursday, Microsoft ended the migration of users of Hotmail accounts to their new service. Now the new platform of e-mail accounts of the company has over 400 million users.
What the giant software aim of this change is that the user has a better experience with the service, so that the comments and suggestions received in recent months were taken into account to achieve an improvement in service. Dick Craddock, one of the leading makers of Outlook, said they plan to make the new email platform the best in the world and achieve more than 1000 million users, but obviously this is a very long term goal.
In February, the number of accounts in Outlook was 60 million why Hotmail was still in use, and that there were about 350 million accounts still active.

It seems that the guys at Acer plan to compete in the market for tablets of 7 inches, and just presented the new Iconia A1. Acer, who believes he is ready to face the Nexus 7 of Google , the iPad Mini from Apple and Amazon Kindle Fire has launched a tablet which is really good in all aspects.
The Iconia A1, which has a similar design to the Iconia B1, has a 7.9 inch screen with HD resolution of 1024 × 768 pixels. Its thickness is only 0.44 inches and weighs just 450 grams.
Inside MediaTek has a quad-core processor running at 1.2GHz and can have 8GB or 16GB memory, the choice of the buyer, although in both cases we can expand using a microSD card. In terms of connectivity features both Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi, but a 3G version will be introduced in July. The device's main camera has a 5 megapixel sensor and can record videos in full HD. Other specifications include a front camera and micro-HDMI connector and micro-USB.
It goes on sale next month and the prices are $ $ 200 for the 16GB model and $ 170 for the 8GB model.
What do you think of the new Acer tablet?

A hacker says he can enter any Google Glass

http://i.imgur.com/GdbMnld.jpg

For several days ago I mentioned that a hacker had managed to do a jailbreak to your Google Glass. Jay Freeman (pictured), better known as Saurik, the one who carried out the task and then published some few details about how he had managed to avoid stating the security of Google. At bottom, the Glass glasses are an Android device based on the Linux kernel, can run on all Android devices running frequent, and of course their safety can be traversed easily if you have the necessary knowledge so that we can modify many of its functions. An example of this happens with the videos: the default Glass only record 10 seconds of video, but if we can modify the code that record as long as the user wants it.
Besides revealing this, Saurik also said something that has attracted much attention. He says he is able to hack any device Glass and even install a software tracking record everything we see and hear. The only thing he could not know about us is what crosses our mind.
That sounds pretty scary, right? Hopefully Google realizes this problem before the Glass into mass production.

Leaked the first images of the Motorola X

http://i.imgur.com/WOODD9i.jpg

The wait has been long, but we can finally take a look at mysterious Motorola X that has been in development for a long time. In recent months we have been reading all sorts of rumors and supposed specifications about it, but we're just now seeing the first pictures of the Motorola X, and also know its code name: "Ghost".
Filtration of the images we thank her for EvLeaks, who in the past has filtered images and information from multiple devices in most cases ended up being true.
As we see the headphone jack is located on the top of the smartphone , while the volume controls are located on the side, similar to what happens with the Nexus 7.
X Motorola specifications make it a high-end smartphone, as it has 32GB of memory, 2GB of RAM and a full HD (probably 4.7 inches). We are not aware of what the processor, but is sure to be one of modern technology, perhaps one of the new Snapdragon.

A 7.5-inch Surface could be launched next year

http://i.imgur.com/ca2tdL1.jpg

One analyst recently said that Microsoft has established 7.5 inches as the size for the new screen that incorporates the second generation of tablets Surface, which of course would go on sale between January and March of next year. The display would have a resolution of 1400 × 1050 pixels, which would give it a pixel density of 233 per inch. This would make the future Living in one of the tablets within the range of 7 inch best resolution on the market.
Microsoft did not sell the units expected from the Original Surface when it launched, but it seems that this time will be produced million units since the beginning, so that the company is very optimistic about his new tablet .
Recall that 7-inch tablets like the Nexus 7, iPad Mini and others have proved extremely popular with consumers, therefore no chances of a Surface of this size is too. A level specifications still no data, but remember that we have many months to go before the launch of this device.
What do you think about it? Do you think Microsoft could succeed with a new 7.5-inch tablet or things did not go so well?

Microsoft IllumiRoom not be ready before the launch of the new Xbox

http://i.imgur.com/hKqZD3r.jpg

Microsoft presented a conceptual shows IllumiRoom at CES 2013 which took place in January. What makes this system is to use a projector combined with the popular Kinect sensor to give users a gaming experience never seen before. IllumiRoom extends the game beyond the screen and scan around the room through the Kinect to create a map digital around us. Several images and things are projected around the room thanks to the projector. An example: if during the game you go through a level at which it is snowing, IllumiRoom be projected snow fall throughout the room.

Yesterday they said the technology could be ready IllumiRoom when the new Xbox is released (on end of year), but it seems this will not. Brett Jones and Hrvoje Benko, two researchers from Microsoft, have said that the product is not yet ready, but at least have made it work correctly in some tests. They said maybe it could be presented in July, but it is likely that the final release will not take place this year.
We have a video for you take a look at IllumiRoom:

n recent days we saw a video about the high resistance that the Galaxy S IV has to scratches on your screen, but now we'll see something different. This is what many have been waiting, a test of falls among the Galaxy S IV of Samsung and iPhone 5 of Apple \.
The S IV phone is a great and very nice full of all sorts of functions, but how tough can it be? Its predecessor, the Galaxy S III, did not go over well during the drop tests against the iPhone 5. How will fare to the new Galaxy in against from his arch-rival? Well, somebody has decided to find out.
An official English portal has decided to test the famous drops to concrete from various heights. All has been recorded by a total of three cameras : one that bears him, a GoPro located on the floor, and the camera same the mobile which is falling. And how did it go? Well both smartphones resisted the falls standard from the height of pocket and chest without too drawbacks. Things got more interesting when the falls began to be from above of the head.
Want to find out what was the big winner? Then look at the video below and discover the outcome for yourself, we do not want to ruin the surprise.
