Samsung is not the only company that plans to launch an 8-core chip, but Huawei also have their own plans.
Richard Yu, the CEO of the Consumer Business Group, Huawei said the company will launched a new 8-core chip, like the Exynos 5 of Octa Samsung , will be based on the Cortex-A15 architecture. That being said, this new chip will be presented during the second half of the year, but for now its name is unknown. According to some assumptions, and will be called K3V3 manufactured by TSMC.
Will it be level with the Samsung processor and will be even better? They still have to wait at least about 5 or 6 months to find out. Surely, as the time passes and you go by publicizing some extra details on the new chip.
How do you expect to be the new 8-core chip of Huawei?
