Ubuntu announced in early February that its Linux-based operating system is coming to mobile phones near year end. Now, it seems that the popular distro says also present in other types of device: tablets. A countdown placed on the website of the company indicated that the operating system would be made ​​a few days ago, which was finally well.

Canonical, the company behind the Ubuntu new draft, presented the new OS for tablets and also announced that it will be available in both developer release for the Galaxy Nexus to the Nexus 4. This is from today, February 21. The new operating system will also be installed on other devices developers, but we have to go to MWC 2013 to do so. Remember that the event takes place between 25 and 28 February in the city of Barcelona.
