A few days ago leaked part of the documentation that Apple had filed in the case that holds the Samsung company in California. It saw how the Korean company had extensively reviewed what they did in Cupertino to design and improve the interface of their devices.
Now, a new batch of documents corroborating what we saw few days ago at Samsung have analyzed pixel by pixel IOS and your user experience to improve their own and take it into account when displaying strengths and weaknesses.
This documentation, you can find the links at the bottom of the post, was shown in court during the testimony of Balakrishan Ravin, a computer engineering professor at the University of Tonto. Both documents can be seen a usability study of two Korean company's products.
Behold the one hand the 3, a code name to refer to one of the many variants of the Galaxy, specifically Vibrant. The second refers to the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. Both are discussed in detail the experience of users and in particular the gestures of a rebound, which Apple holds the patent.
According to the teacher the information displayed is clear enough to show that Samsung thoroughly studied his opponents to prove that Apple surpassed him in many respects in terms of creating an operating system and user experience more enjoyable.
The documents we saw again the report was more general, covering almost all aspects of the Samsung Galaxy S. In this case there is more emphasis on others and does not indicate in which direction to work more but what are the strengths of each and what it does best competition.
In the absence of a decision of the judge, it seems that things are complicated for Samsung. The documentation, analyzed objectively, makes clear that the Koreans did not lose sight of Apple and the similarities are not coincidental.
