The 16GB WiFi model of the iPad Mini would take about 14 more days to reach its destination, meaning that some of those who pre-ordered may receive it in mid-November.
However, orders for black Mini iPad 64GB 32GB and buyers reach their maximum within a week, but only if they are in "certain areas". And no, we have no idea what those "certain areas", unfortunately.
