Deputy Secretary of Organization and Elections PP, Carlos Floriano, has said that his controversial words Fabra answered "insulting gestures Socialist Group"
Floriano has accused the PSOE of launching an "insidious and manipulative campaign" against the deputy of the Popular Party for the fact that the secretary general of the PSOE, Alfredo Perez Rubalcaba, "lost" the debate in Congress about the new settings .
