Dogs are amazing animals able to do all sorts of things, including driving. In New Zealand, the SPCA (Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) has taught three dogs from a shelter dog to drive cars. But this goes beyond simply using the wheel and step on the gas, as dogs even have to make manual changes to the vehicle.
Mini Clubman model cars have been modified so that the canines can control them easily. In principle the dogs did simulations as discussed in the video, but then decided to get behind the wheel.
Porter, Ginny and Monty are three dogs that were abandoned but now have become the first conductors canines.
