Electronic tracking system is used for women in Saudi Arabia

An electronic tracking system has begun to be used in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is specially designed to track and to alert women to their husbands when one tries to cross the borders of the kingdom.
The system is very advanced and is not up to others such as those used in the United States. When a woman tries to cross the borders of the kingdom, needs a special permission from their husbands which authorizes them to make the crossing. When she crosses the border, or when you try to do it, a text message is sent informing her husband about the incident.
It goes without saying that many this has not fallen at all well, especially in the Twitter community.
