As you know, recently Apple launched the highly anticipated update to iOS 6. This new version brought many changes, including the replacement of Google Maps for the defective Apple Maps, Siri Assistant is improved and also integration with Facebook, among many other things.
Among the new features is also a new design for iPad clock application. The application now displays a redesigned clock that is virtually identical to one created by the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB).
The design of the watch, as stated, was created by Hans Hilfiker in 1944. Back then, Hilfiker was an employee of SBB and its design practically became a symbol for Switzerland. Virtually all seasons of the country has a watch that has such a design.
SBB has said it is the only legal possessor of this design and Apple does not have permission to use it. The company plans to take legal action against the company on the block and bound to ask for monetary compensation.
