Google released the latest version of its mobile operating system, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, about two months ago. Since then, Jelly Bean has become increasingly popular and has come to be present in a large number of devices. While Gingerbread is still the most widely used version of Android, the 4.1 is rapidly gaining ground.
When compared with Ice Cream Sandwich, Jelly Bean growth has been much faster, because in two months has managed to be present in 1.47% of the devices, while version 4.0 took three months to reach 1 , 54%.
It is hoped that the brand of Jelly Bean increase further as manufacturers begin to launch more phones with the new OS.
Do you have a device that runs on Android 4.1?
